AT Osborne B.V.
AT Osborne is a management consulting company active in the
Netherlands, Belgium and France. AT Osborne is specialised in the
management of Large Infrastructure Projects. Furthermore, the work
of AT Osborne stretches from a range of issues, like housing,
mobility, sustainability and many more.
AT Osborne has been involved since the beginning of NETLIPSE.
Currently AT Osborne fulfils the role of service provider in the
NETLIPSE Project. This means that day to day management of NETLIPSE
is carried out by AT Osborne. The following persons from AT Osborne
are attached with the project.
Mr Marcel Hertogh - Director AT Osborne
Marcel is the Programme Director of NETLIPSE and is a member of
the NETLIPSE Board of Governance.
The executive tasks are performed by an executive team, directly
reporting to the Programme Director. This Executive Team consists
